SABCO Muscat Half Marathon

Start line at Al Mouj marina, finish at the Corniche stage. Water + electrolyte at km 3, 7, 12, 16, 20. Chip-timed with official splits at 10K and 21K. Course is a single out-and-back along the coast — one short hill at km 9 (50m climb, 400m long). Bag drop opens 05:30 inside the marina promenade; collect by 11:00. Transport available from Qurum and Azaiba to the start line 04:30–05:30. Post-race festival on the Corniche lawn — food, kids' zone, and music till noon.
