What does Barq Lane cost?
Runners are free. Organizers pay 2.5% per paid registration sold through their events on Barq Lane.
How do I cancel a registration?
Sign in, open My races, click the race, then Cancel my registration. You can cancel any time before race day.
How do I run my own event on Barq Lane?
Organizer workspaces are enabled by the Barq Lane team after a sales conversation. Email hello@barqlane.com and we will help set up your first event.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
You'll see a Cancelled badge on that event in My races. Your registration stays on record, but is effectively void. Refund policy is set by each organizer.
Can I transfer my registration to a friend?
Not yet — each registration is tied to the account that created it. Coming in a future release.
Where are you based?
Muscat, Oman. We focus on the GCC region, but runners from anywhere can register for any event on the network.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. Removes your profile, registrations, and waitlist entries immediately; events you organize become unowned and stay published.
