Salalah Coastal Trail

A monsoon-green coastline race staged from Al Mughsail. Three distances share a single loop: 12K, 25K, 50K. Course is primarily rolling singletrack with two steep khareef valleys (100m climbs). Water + gel at every 5km checkpoint. Mandatory kit for 50K: headlamp, whistle, 500ml water minimum. Shuttle bus from Salalah airport to the start (booking opens 8 weeks out). Khareef rain is expected — come prepared. Finish festival includes frankincense-infused barbecue and live oud under the palms.
